COMPANY HISTORY
INTEGRITY PARKING SYSTEMS, LLC was established in April 2001. While the company is relatively young, the management team has a combined experience base in the parking and transportation industries of more than 200 years.
When the firm’s managing partner, Jim LaRocco, decided to start his own company after more than 39 years of experience in the parking-related contract management and consulting business, he invited experienced associates to join him. Jim and his partner, Jack Santa, have worked together in the industry for almost three decades.
Recently, Integrity added two experienced parking professionals to its team. George Clift, located in Dallas with 40 years experience in the parking industry, and Steve Long, located in Salt Lake City with 30 years experience in the parking industry, have formed joint ventures with Integrity to participate in parking related business opportunities in the south and west portions of the country. These individuals are recognized as parking industry experts with specific expertise in airport parking operations.
Charles (“Chuck”) J. Cullen, CPP, CAPP recently joined Integrity Parking as Senior Associate. With 37 years of continuous service in the parking and transportation industry, Chuck brings to Integrity his expertise in parking planning and studies, management consulting, operation advisory services, financing analysis, revenue control, and expert services. In addition to earning an undergraduate degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, he was the first individual to be recognized as a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) by the University of Virginia and went on to become a Certified Parking Professional (CPP). Chuck is a member of the Parking Consultants Council.
John F. Becka is Integrity’s most recent addition. With more than 45 years experience, he joined the firm in early 2010 as a Senior Associate responsible for consulting and sales services concentrating on airport, government, and hospital sectors in the western United States.
The experienced Integrity Parking Group management team has a broad range of first-hand knowledge of all facets of the parking and transportation industries. They have done it all. They pride themselves in offering clients not only their expertise, but providing fair value while meeting the highest standards in the business.
