Integrity Parking was awarded the contract to develop and manage the parking operations at Houston’s Texas Southern University. The on-campus parking operations consist of two new 1,000-car garages, including one with 10,000 square feet of retail space, plus 18 surface lots. Integrity manages a total of 4,182 on-campus parking spaces, using a state-of-the-art bar coded card system which it specified for installation during the campus parking system’s development stage.

By selecting Integrity Parking as its parking operator, the University gained the advantage of holding the construction project manager accountable for the functionality of the parking garage long after it was built. Typically, the project manager is held responsible for the project only until the construction is complete. By retaining the company that assisted in the design and managed the construction project of the parking garage, the University retained an expert in all phases of the parking project, eliminating any transition issues between the construction and the operation stages.
