The Augusta-Richmond County Commission contracted with Integrity to conduct a parking analysis of a major hotel complex in downtown Augusta.
The project included:
- An analysis of garage bond documents and agreements for the purpose of determining compliance by the parties
- Recommendations for structuring an operating agreement
- Reviewing Request for Proposal documents issued by the City and response documents received
- An operational review to evaluate and recommend improvements to the parking operation, specifically the revenue control system, customer service, facility image, revenue maximization, and expense minimization options of the City.
