Phase I of the assignment included an in-depth review of the company’s:

    operations

  • Organizational structure

  • Owned real estate

  • An analysis of the current and future state of the overall parking industry

With the results of this initial study and Integrity’s recommendations, Tamares had the information it needed to decide whether to proceed further with Phase II of the due diligence, a more in-depth review of specific company problems and opportunities.
