Integrity Parking executives were called on to be expert witnesses in a trial involving legal responsibilities of parking garage management in pertaining to security provisions.

Macleay, Lynch, Gregg & Lynch, P.C. contracted with Integrity to testify as an expert witness in a trial which involved an incident where serious physical damages were suffered in a parking garage and ultimately were the damages suffered in anyway the responsibilities of the parking garage operations management. Questions arose regarding who is the party responsible for instituting, maintaining, and enforcement of security standards.

Integrity conducted in-dept surveys of other like Washington D.C. parking facilities including such questions in said survey as security policies and procedures, employee training, security equipment utilized, sub-contracted security personnel, and security responsibilities discrediting much of the plaintiff's expert witnesses testimonies.

At this date the case is in summary judgment.
